Return Policy: <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Product change is accepted within 15 calendar days <\/b>from the date of receipt.<\/span> The<\/span>First <\/b>return can be made free of charge.<\/span> Any additional return other than the first one is charged to the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. For orders of products with a total value of more than 15 \u20ac, the cost of the first change is free. For orders of products with a total value of up to 15 \u20ac, the change cost is 5 \u20ac. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Prerequisites for returning the product are: To be in excellent condition, not to be worn, not to have removed the labels, labels and packaging (if any) and to be accompanied by proof of purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Defective products: All parcels are checked before shipment. However, in case you find a problem, you should send an email to info@karidisfashion.gr within 24 hours from the time of delivery, expressing your reservations and attaching photos that prove the defect. In order for a product to be accepted as defective, the wear must not be from misuse of the product. <\/span><\/li>\n
  5. In case it is found that the wear of the product is due to misuse of the customer, then the same product is returned to the customer with shipping costs borne by the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
